Africa Poetry: Kenyan Poet Mufasa Hosts Poetry Show -7 Poems- In Nairobi

The event dubbed 7 Poems will have the poet share his emotionally charged poetry with his fans at the Alliance Française event.

The poet, born and bred in Kenya is the kind of artiste that embodies a unique spirit when he takes the stage, letting loose his words laced with powerful messages delivered with a high-pitch like voice a signature tone appreciated by many, who subscribe to his art.

Mufasa’s poetry is driven by activism for social justice and equality, his work is noticeably centered on the rights of women and the girl child.

The passionate performance poet has won multiple national awards in his home country including the slam championships.
His first spoken word album was released on October 12, 2014
