Black Panther Star Chawick Boseman Dies Aged 43

Accroding to an announcement posted on his social media accounts, the American film star had been battling cancer for four years. The 43-year-old actor “passed away at his home, with his wife and family at his side,” the statement on his social media accounts said.

“A true fighter, Chadwick persevered through it all, and brought you many of the films you have come to love so much,” the family describes the celebrated actor in a statement.

The actor famously known for his role on the block buster movie “Black Panther” also had appearances on TV hit shows such as “Law & Order,” “Third Watch,” “ER” had not publicly revealed his struggle with colon cancer since he was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in 2016.

Chadwick Boseman also played on the Get on Up film as James Brown others include, Marshall, Message From The King, Da 5 Bloods, 21 Bridges and 42 among others.

Tributes poured in on various social media outlets from his fans, celebrities, sports fraternity, business community, politicians and world leaders
