Carrio Xanders Shares New Single ‘Black Boy Joy,’ A Song Highlighting Victories In Midst Of Black Struggle

Germany-based Nigerian-British rapper, producer and poet Carrio Xanders has shared a new single titled ‘Black Boy Joy,’ featuring Rapturous. The song follows his previous release titled ‘They Don’t Know’ the first single off his upcoming project.

‘Black Boy Joy’ as described, is a song that highlights black pride by celebrating black victories, successes and joy and not letting the negative define being black, the song drops at a perfect time where there are global discussions around and race, racism with.

The song produced by himself under the moniker AERO and released under Jericho is part of a social project called Orange Jumpsuit in partnership with Switchback London, a British non-governmental organization. The project seeks to bring awareness on the issue of incarceration in the UK. Funds from the project will be donated to charity to help provide pro-bono representation for unjustly incarcerated inmates and in rehabilitation the recently released inmates.

Carrio Xanders is working on a new album featuring production from Canadian Hip Hop Crew MiLKCRATE and appearance by Bronx native Mickey Factz.
