Uganda’s Chameleone collaborates with Mozambican Neyma on new joint

The fourth season of Coke Studio Africa is promising to be an even more thrilling experience for the artists and the viewers of the TV show. Multi-talented Ugandan singer Jose Chameleone is in Kenya working on a new collaboration with Mozambican Marrabenta singer Neyma for the music show.

The “Wale Wale” hit maker and Neyma are working with super talented Nigerian producer Masterkraft, who is also part of the collaboration between Congolese star Fally Ipupa and Kenyan boyband Sauti Sol.

“I am open to collaborating with other artistes but I am very choosy when it comes to who I actually work with. If you follow keenly you will notice that there is something about all Chameleone collaborations,” adding, “It’s also great to discover Neyma’s culture and work with Mastekraft.” An elated Chameloene said.

The two have already started working on new music that fans will get to experience on the new ‘Discovery’ season.

The vocally blessed Neyma’s preference for the Mozambican Marrabenta music style has helped her gain national and African recognition as a star and master performer. Her career spans over 16 years and is widely considered as Mozambique’s ‘Beyonce’

On the last season of Coke Studio Africa, Neyma collaborated with Nigerian rapper Olamide on a joint produced by Kenyan famed producer Musyoka.
