Celebrated Kenyan artist Victoria Kimani begins Kenyan tour this month and vows grand showcases

In what promises to be one of the grandest series of concerts in Kenya this year, the exceptional singer has lined up a series of shows featuring international acts, that will see her perform in major cities and towns across Kenya on the tour dubbed Safari Ya Kenya Tour

The singer who is known for staging some of the energetic and class performances, is expected to set the stage for one of the most memorable performances witnessed in the country. The tour which will cover the whole of March stretching to April, will see her fans get a live feel of her greatest releases and the new.

“I want to create an experience that my fans in Kenya do not get to see often from me, and also from a woman” the artist speaks of the tour. “Each city will get to experience me performing my greatest to latest hits as well as create fashion moments that will live forever and my stage attire”, The singer’s stage attire will be made available via Kimani Couture, on the tour and online.

The internationally celebrated singer’s first stop will be Kisii Town on March 10, at Mocha Parking lot followed by the Eldoret concert which will be happening at Club TImba, and later on in Nairobi at Diamond Plaza 2. The versatile singer has also lined up two concerts in the coastal city of Mombasa at the English Point Marina and a free concert at the Mama Ngina grounds. The singer will also stage performances in Machakos, Kisumu, Thika, Nakuru and Meru towns in April.

The concerts are expected to feature notable releases from her chart-topping album SAFARI, her last project under Nigeria’s Chocolate City label. The singer who is currently working on new material will also use her concerts to promote local artists from each region, she showcases.

Victoria Kimani’s China Love was released in the last quarter of 2017.
