Visits to Service Centres May Soon Be Pointless as New Samsung+ App Is Launched

Samsung has made a major move in an attempt at customer satisfaction, following the launch of the upgraded Samsung+ app.
The application allows Samsung to troubleshoot your phone remotely.

Samsung representatives will now remotely access devices to repair and troubleshoot software issues. Users will however have to allow reps access to their devices via a phone call or video chat. 

The remote assistance feature provides support information, diagnostics and app recommendations.

The feature is only available for the latest phone models Galaxy 7 and S7 Edge but the company plans to expand the service to other devices.
